Im brewing a DIPA, Ive heard of adding some corn sugar for drying it out. Im not able to find corn sugar, can I add Table sugar?

Thanks

Honey works very well for this purpose. It is 100% fermentable, but it takes a tad longer.

A lb of table sugar works fine. I used 8 oz brown and 8 oz table sugar in my DIPA, came out great!

Yes, table sugar is fine. It can be broken down into glucose and fermented just like corn sugar. The only difference is the table sugar requires an enzymatic process that corn sugar doesn't.
