Due to a mess-up on Northern Brewer's part (I ordered uncrushed, they sent crushed - one phone call and they took care of me), I have double the grain I need for their Dry Dock Urca Vanilla Porter clone.

I thought I'd use the second set of grain and do something different. Maybe a lager? What would you do if you had the following grain bill, but didn't want to use for a Porter?

4 lbs 4.0 oz 2-Row, Premium
4 lbs 4.0 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter
13.1 oz Crystal, Medium
12.0 oz Barley, Flaked
8.0 oz Aromatic Malt
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt
8.0 oz Special B Malt
4.0 oz Black Malt
