Plugged into calculators (assuming partial boil) it comes out looking like a nice wheat beer. Your right about wheat extract being partially other grains so thats fine for the base. No problems I can see.

Does Oberon have a Cascade dry-hop? Not that it would turn out badly, but I just thought Oberon had mostly Saaz.

That's what ive read. And I believe doing that should add some citrus to it

Finally!!

I just cracked the first bottle last night! And I was pretty darn happy. I didn't have one next to it to compare but it is pretty close I believe. The color is a few shades darker than the original but that is to be expected with extract batches.

My final recipe:
4lbs wheat DME
2lbs light DME
10oz Munich
6oz crystal 60l
4oz torrified wheat

60 min hersbrucker 1oz
30 min hersbrucker 1oz
15 min saaz 1/2 oz
5 min saaz 1/2 oz
Dry hop 1oz cascade 10 days

WLP001

Primary for 7 days
Secondary for 10 days
