Just popped my first brew!!!

And must I say delicious For only being in the bottle for 1 week. Figure I am going to taste one every week till the 3 week or so mark then start sessioning. Its a IPA.

6lbs of Light LME
1lb of Crystal 60L
1/2lb victory malt

2oz Northern brewer
1oz Cascade

Wyeast American Pale Ale Smack Pac

OG 1.050
FG 1.015

1 week in primary
2 weeks in secondary with 1oz Cascade pellets for dry hop
1 week (so far) in bottle with 5oz Corn sugar

cant wait for my next batch to finish in the secondary!
