I'm going to have a harvest of Centennial, Nugget and Fuggels hops from rhizomes that I planted last year. I look forward a great growing season!

With that in mind, what types of beer would you suggest brewing with these types of hops?

Centennial and Nugget - American IPAs and hoppy APAs primarily

Fuggles - English bitter/special bitter/esb primarily

Although you can experiment of course...

Centennial & Fuggles work well in most American and English Ales. Nugget is good in Lagers, but it makes a great IPA as well. I wouldn't try Bocks or Belgians.
