i was just thinking about commercial sanke kegs and putting home brew in them.
would it be possible to bleed all the Co2 off a sanke hook up a sanke tap with the air side open, then pressure fill homebrew in to the keg?
i dont brew 15 gallon batches and only use the soda kegs but was just wondering if this would work or if any one had tried it?
