Converting single tap to 2 or 3 tap kegerator

I'm new to home brewing but have gone all in. I picked up an older Kenmore kegerator with 3 Corny kegs and will have them all filled within a month. I'd like to convert the single tap to a 2 or 3 tap tower and am looking for some guidance on simple conversion kits and sources.

Do I just need to buy a multi tap tower like those used to convert a standard fridge to a kegerator, or is there something more specifically purposed for what I'm trying to do?

from what i understad it is a matter of switching the tower and hoses on the tower to the faucets shank

Change out your tower, get a three way regulator.
