I have had my autumn ale from a kit in the secondary for two weeks, no bubbling in the airlock but theres a crescent moon of thin foam that appeared about two days ago. we were going to bottle tomorrow but??? Is this normal? should I proceed with blessings? Thanks! my first brew so far :)

Make sure to check the gravity readying. If its steady over a few days than its good to bottle.

Bubbles in the airlock is not a reliable way to judge fermentation. As said above I'd get a hydrometer and take gravity reading to be sure fermentation is complete to avoid bottle bombs. You might just not have a good seal on the airlock which could be why it's not bubbling. Just my .02
