I have a few extra RIMS heater tubes that are looking for a home.
$45 shipped (Continental US) each. If you want more than one we can work out a deal, otherwise the price is firm.

- Stainless element and tube
- Overall length: 9"
- Diameter: 1.25"
- Quick connect inlet/outlet diameter: 0.375"

where did you get them from? I can't find them on Watlow's website.
 
Can anyone post a picture of the element? I wonder if it's shaped like a rod, i have been searching for a long time to find a element shaped like a solid rod.
 
The heating element is shaped like a rod and is pictured in the first post. Rod-shaped heating elements are easy to find in low to medium wattages. Check ebay for 'watlow firerod' and there are a ton of them available in all sorts of sizes.

These RIMS tubes come from surplus medical devices.
 
I didnt realize that was the heating element that is sweet. The whole i have just been searching for "heating element" so thats why i never found it
 
You know what, I did find those before but they were not threaded. All the ones on ebay don't come with anyway to attach them to a RIMS tube, i wouldn't know where to begin. It would be nice to find one that has 1" threads on them (the same size as water heating elements)
