I'm brewing up a 5 gallon batch in the next couple of days using mostly New Zealand hop varieties that I've not used before. The grain bill is already purchased and crushed, so it's pretty much set in stone, but the hop schedule is open for adjustment. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

10 lbs. 2 row
1 lb. Vienna
1 lb. Wheat Malt
.5 lb Crystal 10

Mash for an hour at 152

.5 oz. Galena FWH
.5 oz each Rakau, Galaxy, and Centennial @ 15
.5 oz each of Rakau, Galaxy, and Centennial @ 5
.5 oz each of Rakau, Galaxy, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin @ flameout/steep
.5 oz each of Rakau, Galaxy, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin dry hop

OG: 1.056
IBU: 52

So how's it look??

Well I'm gonna just go with it I guess... Mashing in here in a couple hours... I'm hoping this hop combo has some Citra-like qualities since I'm sure it'll be hard to find in a few months

I just did something similar....
Bittered with Magnum, all Galaxy & Riwaka from there out...Needs a little more time in the bottle, but it smelled FANTASTIC.I think you're on the right track.
