Get a big boy.

After the initial cost of the tank, re-fills are pretty cheap and testing is only needed every 5 years.

Those 20 Oz tanks are great for picnic set-ups where you don't care to lug a 20 or 5 pound tank.
 
+1 on getting a bigger tank. I have two 5lb tanks (2 kegerators because I'm too lazy to walk out to the garage in winter) and each of them costs me $5 to fill. I spent $60 on each of them brand new. I go through about 8-12 kegs before it needs refilled. If you bought a paintball tank, you'll end up filling it after every few kegs which could get annoying.
 
+1 on a big tank. refill is cheap, testing is not, might as well get your money's worth when you refill and test.
