Just about to rack my Cream Ale in to the secondary...any ideas what I should brew to reuse that cake for??? I was thinking something a bit different, but what style would benefit from cream ale yeast, other than the obvious. I was thinking perhaps a stout, but that might be a stretch.

Any ideas?
 
So I am going with Edwort's Haus Pale. Seems that everyone raves about it and it should be a crowd pleaser. Hopefully it will work out well. They use very similar hops and shouldn't be too different as far as SRM.
