Hi guys,

I wanted to start with reliable recipes but it is pretty difficult to get most ingredients in Ireland so I had to adapt some recipes I found here. Beersmith seems to be OK with that but I would like your opinion before ordering everything. I am aiming (loosely) for an acid IPA (Brewdog's Punk IPA style), not a bitter one.

Looks like a tasty IPA, but it's not going to be that close to Punk IPA. They use Nelson Sauvin hops which has a fairly distinct flavor.

Thanks guys! I just ordered everything, I might brew this on Sunday (quite excited actually).
A4J, if I get a drinkable and not too bitter IPA, it will already be a huge success!! Then, I ll invest the money required to get something really close the the Punk IPA (I love that stuff)
