beerfridge upgrade

I've been controlling my beerfridge with a SPDT Honeywell analog for some time now, wired to a plug controlling the fridge (cold side) and a lightbulb in a coffee can (hot side). It's finally gone to the great beyond, and I've a Love TS2 2100 controller ordered as those threads inspire me with the precision and accuracy of the digital revolution.

I'd like my heat side equipment to be less hillbilly than it is now, the coffee can is all rusty, and coffee comes in plastic now. Does anyone have advice or particular preference among small in-fridge heaters?
