What is the difference between measured and actual efficiency? The numbers vary greatly in BS. I searched but nothing came up on HBT. Probably my search was too specific.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks...

it comes up in my list of stats to the right of the "style" specifics. Its one of the fields that can be added or removed (i.e ABV, OG, FG, etc.). I just noticed it and was curious.

When I add the field called "Actual Efficiency" using the "Select Fields" button, it dispays as "Measured Efficiency" followed by the efficiency calculated. It's the same value for efficiency given under the Mash tab.

Is this not what you see? What are the displayed names of the two variables you're seeing a difference between? If you can, add a screen shot.
