Tag line help needed

Well I think I have finally settled on my brewery name.

Boilermaker Brewing Company

Any ideas/thoughts for a cool/catchy/slick tag line? Just a little back story I choose Boilermaker Brewing Company because my home town is Kewanee, IL which used to run/operate Kewanee Boiler Works. And our football team was called the Boilermakers so I figured Boilermaker Brewing Company would be fitting.

Also here is a little art that I am going to see if I can get incorporated into my logo.

As a side note, my wife is always telling me to stay out of "HER" kitchen. Her name is Georgette but everyone calls her Jett. For a tag line I wrote at the bottom of my label, "Brewed in the kitchen while Jett was sleeping". Anyone who knows us gets the humor in it immediately.
