Just curious, thinking that it could be fun.

Is anyone aware of any BOP franchise setups outside of Australia?

Also, anyone know where I can look up the laws pertaining to the legality of such by state?

Thanks,

Dave

Gordon Biersch has a franchise opportunity:

That's the only one through IFA (International Franchise Association)

Other than that I found:

Bevinco and Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery; but don't know anything about either. Found them through http://www.franchising.com/brewery_franchises/

I am interested to see what you find out and if its worth it to get into it since this might be the cheapest way despite rules made by corporate policies and state/federal agencies. Still if you can find a nice market to open your own place and be able to afford opening operation cost and additional costs involved with opening up a place you might be better off. Check out Naked City Brewing threads on here about a HBT member who is living the dream.

I have no idea about a Franchise but here is a place that does it. Maybe you can work together and open one up.
