Hi there,

I am really new to home-brewing, Infact I have never made any sort of homebrew before. As I am new to all this I thought I should ask for some advice before I start.

I would like any advice/recipes for making the best possible alcoholic ginger beer, around 4 - 5%abv. I would like it to be pretty gingery, I have had the Stones ginger beer and love that, so something around that kind of flavor.

Any advice at all would be great!

Thanks a lot! :)

Hi there,

Yeah I did do a search and have lots of different information which is great. I was just wondering if anyone maybe had any advice, But I will continue to search.
I was thinking of using a plant? Im not sure.
I would like it to be around 4-5% so not sure what exactly is the best way to achieve this.

:)

Cool, I will check that out! thanks heaps. Even if this one I have brewing now has a low abv if its drinkable I will be happy for a first go.
