Here is my recipe that I've been working on. Beersmith is saying my IBU's will be 82.7 and that it's out of range but it sounds ok to me? Here's a link to the Brewing Network podcast, and here's a thread here on HBT that talks about it. I think your recipe looks good aside from the roasted barley, but it doesn't look like it'll make Lagunita's.
I like Jamil's recipe. You can replace the domestic two row with light/extra light/golden extracts. The Munich malt will give it that bread-y character that Lag's is known for and the 1968 yeast seems like a much better choice, IMO. 1098 is dry and minerally, and IME doesn't give me the character that I'm looking for with English yeast. I haven't brewed a Lagunita's clone, but I've drank a lot of it, and I think the cascade/centennial combo is much more accurate, as is the horizon for bittering. You want a nice, clean bitterness in that beer, which I can say from experience Horizon hops will provide. I've never used clusters.
Again, you're recipe looks like it'll make a good, hoppy pale ale, but if you're going for a clone of Lag's, check out the links I posted.

Honestly, I like the look of you're recipe better than the ones listed on this and the BN forums. I've never brewed that clone, and there's not a lot on the results, but Lag's IPA should be pretty easy to replicate.

Here's the recipe from Tony Magee of Lagunitas as printed by BYO clone recipes:

OG 1.059
FG 1.015
IBU 67
SRM 9
ABV 5.7

5 lbs 9 oz light DME
1 lb 2-row pale malt
.4 lbs dextrin malt
.3 lbs crysal 60L
.2 lbs Munich malt (4L)
.75 oz Horizon hops 11%AA (60min)
.9 oz Cascade 5%AA (30min)
.25 oz Willamette 5%AA (30min)
3.15 oz Cascade 5%AA(0min)
Wyeast 1056 or White Labs 001

Steep the 2-row with the rest of the grains at 154 degrees for 45 minutes.
