It's winter in Miami and the pool water is a tad too chilly at 76 degrees for conventional use. So....having just gotten back into brewing after several years of not brewing due to a relocation, I need to re-establish my bottle collection which means collecting all I can from everywhere I can. We found a new and efficient use of the pool during the winter...delabeling bottles on the step.
