Notes:

Dry hop with 1 oz. of Amarillo leaf and .5 oz of Simcoe pellets the final 7 days in secondary. Dry hop with .5 oz of Amarillo leaf in the keg.




This is about as far as I can push the envelop of the IPA style without going WAY over the top. 1.075, finished very dry at 1.014. IBU's are out of style, but they usually are if it's one of my recipes. :rockin:

I have this kegged and tried it a couple of nights ago and it was a very good beer. I'd say that the bitterness is somewhere around medium-high. There is a nice, persistant hop flavor throughout, and the aroma is enough to invite you in, although I would like it to be more. Maybe next time I'll dry hop with more and/or dry hop for 2 weeks rather than 1 week.

I'll be drinking a few of these this evening and will post a full review.
