Im reading on different sites that the final gravity on this white house honey ale is supposed to be 1.016-1.014. mine has been fermenting for two weeks now and is at 1.020 and Steady. should I leave it to see if it will drop any or call it "ready to bottle" and bottle it?

My White House Honey Ale finished at 1.018. If it's steady you're probably good to go on bottling. There's nothing wrong with letting it sit though. It's your call.

Mine finished at 1.020.

Resist the urge to crack open a bottle too soon. It was barely OK at 2 weeks, better at 3, and incredible at 4.
