Hi all, we go through a lot of mill around my house, so I was thinking of something to do with all of em. Could I stick a stopper on the top of one and use it as a small fermenter for experimentation?

Thanks
JR

A #6.5 Drilled Stopper and airlock is what you want. I've done it with cider, worked good.

Give me a gallon fermenter the shape of a drinking straw and one the shape of a saucer and I will end the debate.

Well that's an asinine analogy. In commonly found fermenters on the homebrew scale shape makes no matter whether it be a vittle vault, bucket, carboy, wine jug or conical I challenge you to taste a difference.
