I can say good things for Wyeast and White Labs from past experience but never used Youngs
I used WLP300 for a wheat beer last night and it has not started bubbling yet. I also made an IPA and reused some yeast that I harvested from a previous batch and it is bubbling like crazy already... I hope the wheat beer is just a slow starter...
 
Never had Youngs beer. Is it good? Was given the yeast by someone who'd never tried it and thought I'd give it a go. It's either that or Coopers Yeast and I've had variable results with that to date
