I did one around christmas and it was awesome. Seems like everything I read said it would be difficult, but for my first all grain I think it was pretty easy. The only thing I did was make it a little too hoppy. :mug:

Only one batch so far - 10 gallons of all-grain Kolsch. I'm not sure if the apfelwein counts as a batch. I'm right on track for my goal of 80 gallons this year.

This makes 10 or 12 5 gallon batches since I started all grain on columbus day.
I dont post a lot yet, but I sure am getting a lot of help here. Thanks to all of you for this!

I've only gotten in one brewing session since the new year. :(
I have 2 planned and ingredients for ateast 6 but I just havn't had the time yet.

However I do have the 08-08-08 that I will bottle soon and the Brown Porter I did in early Jan is great, so its still looking to be a good year for brewing so far. :)
