What is this? I know its some kind of adhesive (obviously thin and white), but does it have a brand name?

+1, I'm a few months into brewing and unfamiliar with milk labeling too.
I believe it's the protein, but I'm not certain. Works a treat, though.

I use self-adhesive labels, but there are so very many posts about how milk does, in fact, work.
