First bottling!

Just bottled a case of 16 oz Grolsch swing tops and 6 champagne bottles full of my first batch ever!. Primed with 4.5 oz of dextrose for some carbonation. I accidentally drank 3 glasses while I was bottling...this is the best hobby that I have ever had. Only problem is that I am now drunk, at 1:24 AM with nothing to do! Batch 2 is on first rack, 3 and 4 (organic batches) are in the wings...
I think I am going to have to plant more apple trees!

Just read an article about brewing hard ice cider,similer to apple jack,seems like fun.....i'm a bit tippsy myself

No, just sparkling cider. I think if I had 3 glasses of jack...I would not be able to type!
