Chicken Penne with pesto

Sauted chicken, leftover penne, broccoli rabe, chicken stock and a dollop of pesto. Tasty and easy. It is amazing how good simple food tastes.

looks like a soup? That would be amazing with a dusting of freshly grated parmesan and some roasted pine nuts.

Yea, like a soup. Stir in the pesto. Yes, it would be nice with some toasted Pine nuts.
