Headache beer any fixes?

Pretty sure i made headache beer. 11 months ago it was SUPER hot with Fusel alcohols. I let it age in the fermenter. Bottled it a couple months ago, taste great. Loaded with esters. Both me and my girlfriend have split two bottles and both have gotten headaches (similar to getting too drunk on Bourbon). Anything i can do or am i SOL?

It's great that it tastes better- but fusel alcohols don't age out so there isn't much you can do except enjoy it in tiny quantities (or cook with it, as boydster mentioned).
