Raw honey?

Raw honey is usually only strained to get out the large pieces, and it's never heated so you have pure unadulteraded goodness. It may still have some pieces of comb/propolis/bees/etc. in there and may be a little cloudy from crystalization but that's fine it can all be strained out later. If you want the purest flavor and form of honey always try to go raw.
