How Long Of Wait For Nat Carb Keg?

Is it still not carbed? I still naturally carb on occasion and usually 2-3 weeks does it. This depends on room temp where the keg is and the gravity of the beer. Typically bigger beers >1.070 take longer. How much priming sugar did you use? Mine typically sit at 68-72F and I use 1/2 to 2/3 the amt of priming sugar I would use if i were to bottle it.
 
2oz sugar for a 2.5 gl keg. They are carbonated but was wondering how long others go and how long til they are drinkable? Lately I've been brewing some pretty big IPA's and I'm also wondering if you wait too long you might lose some of the fresh hop tastes and aroma?
