i wanted to post a couple pics of the immersion chiller i made. how do i post pics that show up on the thread?

If that area under the text input box doesn't show up...hit "advanced options".
Right- and I always use the "paperclip" choice and upload (attach) the picture. Then, after it's uploaded, you can click the paperclip again, and click on the new file you just loaded and shazaam! It shows up when you hit reply.
Try it in the testing forum now, for practice!
