Started my first BBQ this morning at 8, I've got a butt shoulder on now and putting the back and country style ribs on at noon for dinner at 6. Hope it turns out good. Used a rub recipe with cinnamon in it. Sounds odd but smells so good. Just trying to get my wood hot enough to make blue smoke. I'm at white/grey out of the exhaust but the leaks in the firebox are blue smoke. Could this have to do with the steam from the water pan
