I kegged a Dunkleweizen a few weeks ago and set the CO2 to 12psi.

It's tastes really good and pours with a nice head, but the mouth-feel is lacking -- it is somewhat flat tasting.

Any suggestions -- or recommended CO2 setting?

Thanks,

Rick

Not sure if it would fix the mouth feel, but Dunkleweizen should be served around 45-50 degrees F if I am not mistaken.

Thanks! I don't know what I was thinking. I'll set to 45 F and I'm sure the flavor and hopefully the mouth feel will improve.

I have it set to 15psi at 38F -- hope I am not over-carbonating. Once I set it at 45 F, it will be back inline with proper carbonation
