Water Report Help

I'm under the impression that's its important to know your water chemistry because it will affect the overall flavor and outcome of your beer. I don't know anything about what I'm looking for in the water report. Can somebody take a look at this and tell me if i need to be concerned. All i could find was the 2008 report, not sure how much water can change in a few years. Also I run my water through a whole house filter if that makes any difference.

You also need to understand how your whole house filter might affect the mineral content, if it does at all (it may not).
 
its a whole house filter from walmart. uses a 1 micron filter if i remember right
