aquarium pump areation????

I have a Second Nature Whisper 200 aquarium pump that I've hooked up a .5 micron diffusion stone to along with an inline filter.
Im getting bubbles out of the hose itself but not at of the stone.
The pump is 115volts 60hz 2.5 watts

Is my pump not powerful enough???

Did my stone get clogged???
(I was careful with it I swear)

Do I need to boil it first???

Questions,comments, concerns...
