how much sugar honey?

does anyone know what the sugar content of honey is? say 1 tbsp of honey = 1 tbsp sugar? also will yeast act the same way towards honey? or would it mess up if I replace all the sugar with honey?
 
Honey is about 20% water by weight. So 1oz sugar = 1.2oz honey. Ofcouse honey does vary some but unless you get some poor quality watery honey it shouldn't vary by much.
