Two new 3 gallon carboys. Dead Guy clone experiment suggestions

I just got two new 3 gallon carboys. I have a dead guy clone that has been sitting for a while. I want ot split the batch into the 2 carboys and experiment a little. I'll leave one the way it is and probably dry hop the other or try something else that you guys recommend.

Except the recipe used Perle and Mt. Hood hops and a different hop schedule.

So what do you guys recommend? Dry hop? With what? Add something else interesting? Open to suggestions.

Whatever you do only change one variable. I'd change the yeast type
