Hello all!

I'm about to invest in a little freezer to ferment my beer at the correct temperature (I live in Houston, so it's never cold enough in my apartment). Because the mini-freezer will be such a tight fit I am concerned about not being able to use a blow off tube. I measure the carboy and the size for the freezer and there is no way it could fit in there with it. Is there a way to prevent excessive krausen without altering flavor or fermentation? Or, does anyone have any other ideas for me? Thanks!

Fermcap inhibits foaming in the boil and krausen in the carboy. You can get it at your LHBS.
