I tapped my beer straight from primary and, of course, it's very green and mega-hoppy. American IPA. Should I pull it out of the kegerator and let sit at room temp for a couple of weeks to mellow out, or can it stay in the kegerator and it will mellow on it's own? Right now, at least for me, it's pretty undrinkable it's so hoppy.
Thanks!

The colder the temp the more the aging process is slowed down. You can leave it in the fridge but it will take longer, if you are impatient like me just leave it 65-70 for a few weeks.
