SWMBO likes imperial stouts in the winter. I bought two of the great divide yeti series last winter and put them in the fridge, excited to share them. We never got around to having them so they've been in our fridge since sometime last winter. Are they drinkable? I was thinking about pulling them to age at closet temps but I feel that would be a bad idea.

I'd leave 'em in the fridge. I'm not sure that it would hurt to move them to a closet or wherever, but why? If they aren't in the way, just leave them until you're ready to drink. It'll be cool to see how the aging (even cold aging) has changed the beer.

Excellent. I'm a junior cellarman to say the least. I have some choice beers aging but the yeti series is on special reserve since.the mrs likes them so much. Which is awesome by the way.
