so i got my hands on on a subzero under counter freezer that i am converting to a fermentation chamber. i'm basically planing on doing a little limousine stretch so i can fit 2 carboys at one time.
here is where i am so far.
cut the outside metal off:
cut the inside plastic out and trimmed the fome on the corners so i dont catch the whole thing on fire when i weld on the extension:
using some leftover scrap metal i had around from other various projects i fabricated the stretch and reattached the door for a perfect fit:
still need to hook up the temp controller, fabricate the inside and make the onside look pretty.
