I'm looking to put in order online at Brewmaster's Warehouse, but can't figure out which Munich I need. All I want is "plain, old Munich malt" - the stuff used as a base malt for some darker German beers. However, there is no Munich malt listed under the base malt category.

I can find:
Gambrinus Dark Munich
Weyermann Light Munich
Caramel Munich
Weyermann Cara Munich I, II and III
Briess Organic Munich 10

but all of those are listed under either "Caramel Malts" or "Highly Kilned Malts", so I'm not sure that any are what I'm after.

Any help?

I agree with sundowner. The Weyermann Munich I is very good. Caramel and CaraMunich malts are crystal malts.
