Looking to brew my holiday beer shortly. I am looking for an extract kit that is spiced like gingerbead. Can anyone offer a good suggestion for a kit or recipe?
 
I would start with a basic brown, stout, or maybe even lightly hopped amber beer
 
I plan on ordering my holiday kit from Austin Homebrew. Haven't fully decided on which one. Not sure how gingerbread-y any of them are, either.

Decide on a basic style and then visit Kroger. A brown or stout come to mind first, but a crisp amber mind be interesting as well.
