Walking around downtown Minneapolis

Tonight we're going to a Vietnamese (Lotus to Go) restaurant, and then hitting The Local's and Brit's.

Tomorrow it's Town Hall- which is FAR further than I thought so it might be a cab right.

I'm staying downtown, not far from the Metrodome. Any good places for older beer lovers in walking distance?

Town Hall is great. Bullwinkles across the street has a $10 for $20 groupon going on. They're a ****ty dive but they have some stuff on tap.

Grumpy's on Washington Ave has some Surly. Call ahead to see what's on tap.

Sorry, it's not near the Metrodome but Muddy Pig or Happy Gnome in Saint Paul are fantastic. One of the two has Dragon's Milk on tap.

Wish I had seen this sooner. Across from Town Hall is The Republic - all craft taps, and 54 of them. At least you'll know for your next visit.
