Fermentation question here:

I brewed a BIAB IPA 13 days ago, it only had about 1 or 2 days of airlock activity. I moved it to secondary 4 or 5 days ago and took a gravity reading last night: 1.020 from an OG of 1.070. I had planned to bottle tomorrow. What to do now?

Here's the recipe:
8lbs 2 row
1lb Crystal 10
1lb Crystal 60
1lb Carapils
8oz Flaked Wheat

0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Mash 60.0 min
0.25 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - First Wort
0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min
0.75 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
2.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days

Size: 4 gallons. Yeast: US-05

I also brewed the exact same recipe again on Sunday, and again there was only airlock activity for a day or two. I'm new to AG and to batches bigger than 2.5 gallons.

Sounds like you're ready to move forward. Remember, just because there isn't airlock activity doesn't mean that fermentation isn't taking place....just look at your hydrometer readings. Things sound good...hope your beer turns out to be awesome!

Take another hydro reading before bottling. If its stayed the same you should be ok, although if it was I mine I'd give it another week.

thats a pretty high fg for an IPA, but thats also a ton of crystal, esp for an IPA. its probably done, but give it another week. what was your mash temp?

Yeah, that's over 25% crystal malt. You are most likely as low as its gonna go. I would cut those crystal amounts in half next time. 10-15% in an IPA is plenty unless you like it like it with more, but just know that it will finish pretty high.
