Hey guys, this is an IPA recipe I've been working on. Please give some feedback, cheers!

Alcohol: 6.8% (5.5% - 7.5%)
Bitterness: 68.5 (40.0 - 70.0)

Ingredients:
10.0 lb (69.0%) Pale Ale Malt - added during mash
3.0 lb (20.7%) Maris Otter Pale - added during mash
.5 lb (3.4%) Victory® Malt - added during mash
.5 lb (3.4%) Munich Malt - added during mash
0.5 lb (3.4%) Crystal Malt 60°L - added during mash
1 oz (25.0%) Chinook (13.0%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m
.5 oz (12.5%) Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 45 m
0.5 oz (12.5%) Amarillo® (8.5%) - added during boil, boiled 30 m
0.5 oz (12.5%) Mt. Hood (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 15 m
0.5 oz (12.5%) Mt. Hood (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 5 m
1.0 oz (25.0%) Cascade (5.5%) - added dry to secondary fermenter
1.0 ea WYeast 1056 American Ale™



01:00:00 Infusion Mash - Water: 5.0 gal; Temperature: 165.0 °F; Target: 152 °F

Mash out at 170

I like it! I'd only make one change- move the 45 minute and 30 minute hops additions to 10 minutes and 5 minutes, and increase all hops additions to 1 ounce instead of .5 ounce. Otherwise, I like it a lot. I really like the grainbill.
 
Agreed with Yooper... The grist looks very tasty. I am not a huge Chinook fan for bittering b/c it tends to be more harsh but that is a personal preference and there are plenty of breweries out there using Chinook on their bittering addition. It will be fine. I have been doing .75oz (Usually Magnum or Warrior) at 60 and then adding more hops at 20 and less in the boil with a lot of success lately. Definitely move the cascade/amarillo additions to later in the boil and increase them to an oz each. Or even do one of oz at flameout.... Very nice results.
 
Hey your from Franklin.... me too. Went to FHS :rockin:

It seems like 14.5 lbs is a lot of malt for the the hops you are using.... I guess I just like the hops to be more dominant than the malt
