Bad experience with Southern Tier Pumpking

I've heard that this is a fantastic beer so I picked up a bomber the other day. The beer I had tasted like bubble gum with a little bit of spice. I woke up in the middle of the night with one of the worst hangovers I've ever had--which stuck around all yesterday.

Did I get a spoiled beer or something? :drunk:

Just had this 2 nights ago.

I did not taste any bg flavors. Just straight spice cake. I was ok but more like a dessert beer.

I had one Saturday, heard great things about it but wasn't a fan. I like more spicy pumpkin beers I guess, I kept getting a heavy nutmeg/pie crust flavor.

had one a few weeks ago, it was good, pumpkin spice and graham cracker.

you had one bomber and had a bad hangover? something went wrong then.
