The cider I started a month ago keeps bubbling through the air lock (really slowly) but the last time I checked the gravity to see where we were at (I want to cold crash at 1010) there doesn't seem to be any change in the gravity. Is it possible that it is not fermentiting but still showing activity in the air lock?

Spin the hydro, give it a tap or two in the sample. It's possible that gasses trapped in the sample are sticking to the side of the hydrometer and goofing up the reading.
