quick yeast question

Hello peeps,

Okay so I brewed an Irish Stout today with my friend who didn't know what was going on. Anyway, when the wort was chilling I told him what we had to do next. I went to go get some pizza while it cooled in the sink and my friend took it upon himself to poor the wort in the pail, take a reading (which was right on) and pitch the yeast. The only problem is he pitched the yeast in 81 degree beer! I threw it outside (its cold in Michigan) and it is back down to 70 right now. Is 81 too hot for the yeast or should I be fine?
